1. General
These terms and conditions govern the sale and installation of custom blinds, curtains, shutters, awnings, and doors by BlindsCorp. By accepting a quote from us, you agree to these terms.
2. Quotes and Pricing
All quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to change if the scope of the project alters after the initial quote. A deposit is required before any manufacturing begins.
3. Manufacturing and Installation
As all our products are custom-made to fit your specific measurements, manufacturing times may vary. We will provide an estimated installation date, but this is not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control.
4. Warranty
We offer a 5-year warranty on all our products and installations. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and installation errors. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Because our products are custom-made to your exact specifications, orders cannot be cancelled once manufacturing has commenced. Deposits are non-refundable after this point. If an error is made on our part, we will rectify it at no additional cost to you.
6. Liability
BlindsCorp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific project.
