Open up your outdoor living.
A folding arm awning mounts to your wall, fascia or beam, with tensioned arms that fold out to extend the fabric and fold back to retract it. With no posts, the space underneath stays open, making it a natural fit for decks, patios, courtyards and windows that catch the afternoon sun. We’ll assess your mounting surface, the width and projection you need and how the sun moves across your home before recommending a size and fabric.

with the details.
What is a folding arm awning?
A folding arm awning is a retractable fabric awning supported by tensioned arms that fold out from a frame mounted to your home. It gives you shade without posts and retracts when you don’t need it.
Where can a folding arm awning be installed?
Folding arm awnings suit decks, patios, courtyards, balconies and sun-exposed windows, provided there is a suitable wall, fascia or beam to mount to. We check the mounting surface and the available space during your free measure.
Can I leave my folding arm awning out in wind and rain?
Folding arm awnings are designed for shade, not storm protection. We recommend retracting your awning in strong wind or heavy rain, and we’ll explain the operating and care guidelines for your selected awning with your quote.
How much do folding arm awnings cost?
Every project is different. The price depends on your window or door dimensions, selected finishes and installation requirements. Arrange a free measure and quote for an accurate price for your folding arm awnings.
Do you measure and install everything?
Our team takes care of measuring and professional installation, with careful attention to fit and finish. Your quote will outline the products and installation included in your project.
How long will my window furnishings take?
Timing depends on your selected products, fabric availability and the size of your project. We’ll confirm an estimated timeframe with your quote and keep you informed as your order progresses.
